Annual Membership Plans

Our Annual Membership Plans offer a straightforward way to stay on top of preventive care without the insurance hassles, confusing terms, or unexpected surprises. Simply choose the plan that best fits your needs and enjoy convenient access to essential dental services throughout the year.
Individual plan: $500/yr
For adults looking for reliable, consistent care with straightforward annual pricing.
Family Plan: $400/yr
For patients age 14 or younger who need the same essential preventive care at a lower annual rate.
Periodontal Plan: $750/year
For patients who need enhanced periodontal maintenance, including three cleanings per 12-month period.
